All our products are handmade decor items. Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, slight variations in color, texture, size, and finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects and add to the uniqueness of each piece.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned on the website. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

• The product is unavailable
• Payment is not received
• There is an error in pricing or product information
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
