Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns only for products that are:

• Damaged during transit
• Defective
• Incorrect items delivered

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are handmade and often made in limited batches, the following are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized items
• Products with minor handmade variations
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the product has already been packed or shipped.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
